EZ Grout, an American machinery company which has a history of building equipment targeting on-site
productivity improvements for fencing projects, has appointed ARC Fences as national distributor of their MOBILE MUD HOG®.

The hydraulic powered Mobile Mud Hog® comes
standard with Bobcat® attachment plates and forklift pockets. The contractor simply adds water, metal and cement, starts the paddle rotation and mixes. Whilst driving along the fence line the concrete continues to mix as it is dispensed through the side snout. With a capacity of approx ½ cubic metre per load, 80 post holes can be filled in 30 minutes according to customer feedback.

TWO PART TEMPORARY FENCING ANCHOR BLOCKS

The weight of anchor blocks has been a continuing issue for many hirers of Temporary Fencing. The potential for injury has always been present unless proper work place procedures are in place and adhered to.

With this in mind, the owners of Victorian Temporary Fencing (VTF) applied their many years of experience in the temporary fencing industry to designing and developing an integrated two part anchor block which would provide a stable anchor for temporary panels but was easily transportable and easy to use.

Each anchor section weighs approx. 18kgs, the combined weight of the locked block being 36kg.

Moulded from durable polypropylene impact copolymer, the block can be

supplied in a number of colours.

After consultations with union and Work Safety representatives as well

as extensive field trialling of prototypes, a provisional design patent was applied for and granted.The directors have decided to make available their innovative anchor blocks to the market.

Recycled Plastic Temporary Fencing Anchor Blocks

Low Harm Intruder Deterrent Fence Capping

The “Thorny Devil” is a new LOW HARM intruder deterrent fence capping made from durable UV stabilised PVC. The profiles retro-fit in minutes and can easily be screwed or glued to existing fences, gates, pipe work or structures.
